For the presentation in base 64 the prefix 11 has been added, because the length of the file in bytes generates by the division by 3 the remainder 1. These digits 11 at the beginning are not existing in the binary number. All other digits in the base-64-number describe exactly the sequence of the bits in the binary number, corresponding to the table in the introduction.
